Dear Colleagues and Friends,
It is our great pleasure to welcome you and extend our warmest greetings to the Congress of Radiologists of Serbia with International Participation, organized by the Radiological Society of Serbia (Udruženje radiologa Srbije – URS), which will be held from 22 to 24 October 2026 at Hotel M in Belgrade.
This year’s Congress will once again provide an excellent opportunity for us to come together, exchange knowledge, experience and ideas, and jointly explore new directions in the development of modern radiology—a discipline that today plays a key role in diagnosis, follow-up and treatment planning across virtually all fields of medicine.
As part of the Congress, a special ESOR (European School of Radiology) course in neuroradiology will also be organized. The course will bring together distinguished experts delegated by the European Society of Radiology (ESR) and will offer participants the opportunity to acquire new knowledge and insights in this highly important field of radiology through state-of-the-art lectures, case presentations and expert discussions.
As in previous years, the Congress programme will focus on the most current topics from various fields of diagnostic and interventional radiology, with particular emphasis on a practical approach, interactive sessions, presentations of interesting cases and multidisciplinary collaboration. Our aim is to foster open professional discussion, facilitate the exchange of experiences from everyday clinical practice, and present new advances and technologies that are shaping the future of radiology.
We firmly believe that direct communication, meeting with colleagues and working together professionally represent some of the greatest values of every congress, particularly at a time of rapid change and continuous development in medicine and technology.
We are confident that this year’s Congress will once again bring together a large number of radiologists, radiology residents and colleagues from related specialties from Serbia and the region, whose presence and active participation will contribute to the quality of the programme and to the further advancement of our profession.
